Joseph Campbell-The Mythologist and Story Teller: “The role of the artist as I understood as that of revealing through the world-surfaces, the implicit forms of the soul, and the great agent to assist the artist was the myth.” The purpose of Hueless in Chicago series of fictions is to bring myth and story into arts. After 35,000 years of painting we are still lacking in myths and contemporary stories that go deep to the fabric of art. I took Tony Morrison’s advice to heart: If you can’t find a book that you want to read then write it.
